- $500 Refundable Security deposit will be required.
- No daily housekeeping is provided, however, the townhouse will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. A one-time housekeeping fee of $150 will be required upon your departure.
- 10% Transient Occupancy Tax.
- Sleeps 6 persons max.
- Contract, HOA guidelines and directions will be provided with your confirmation.
- A Guest Information Binder will be provided at the property with House Instructions, Restaurants and fun things to do in the area.
