Lake View at Tahoe Rentals has been a family owned property since the late 1960's. A whole house renovation was completed as of March, 2010. Our 3 bedroom/3 bath luxury townhouse features upgraded modern conveniences with a gorgeous panoramic view of Beautiful Lake Tahoe. The warm décor of neutral tones will make you feel relaxed and at home as soon as you walk in the door.
With a contemporary interior, our home still evokes a feeling of being in the mountains with cedar ceilings; Adura wood flooring; carpeted bedrooms; 2 gas fireplaces; granite kitchen & baths; the smell of pine; and the sight and sounds of wildlife.
This townhouse has FREE WiFi, cable, DVD players, local telephone service and a wireless printer/fax/scanner. There is a 42" HD flat screen TV in the downstairs family room and a 52" HD flat screen TV in the upstairs living area.
The kitchen features Monogram Stainless Steel Appliances including a gas range/convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, 2 microwaves, trash compactor, beverage wine refrigerator and under counter washer/dryer.
